Our donations come from several sources, including: devoted volunteers who host fundraisers; partnerships with businesses and corporations; and individual donations made directly to our Foundation.
Q: How much money raised goes to programs and services versus administration cost?
MFCF is committed to making every donation count our goal is to continue the vision of giving as much as possible to programs and services. Thanks to the generous donors, partners and sponsors we have been able to keep our administrative and fundraising expenses at a minimum. In 2019, our fundraising and administrative expenses combined were approximately 15%.
Q: How old do I have to be to become a volunteer?
Volunteer 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult during volunteer service hours. Volunteers serving at NRG for concessions for a cause must be 21 years old or older.
